3. read the instructions and fill out the form (name of club/ trainers/ competitors in solo, duets, formations etc.)

We send automatic confirmation to every message

4. Prepare music files MP3 (IMPORTANT: Every File must have the title: ONLY NAME and SURNAME competitors and info about SOLO,DUET, FORMATION.

For example: EVA KOWALSKA, SOLO / EVA KOWALSKA, JULIA NOWAK, DUET / THE ANGELS – FORMATION etc.)

5. VERIFICATION
(only for people who sent online applications)

ATTENTION: A COMPLETE APPLICATION IS CORRECT WHEN ORGANIZER WILL GET APLICATION FORM AND MUSIC FOR ALL COMPETITORS FOR ALL COUNTRIES

VERIFICATION PROCESS
– Verification of data send on-line (please take an identity document confirming the year of birth – to check for the organizer)
– Give a start number

– Pay Entry Fee
– parental consent for the child's participation in the competition, which we send for you in e-mail after your registration on-line

FEE:

►20 EUR – SOLO/ DUO-TRIO (each person in duo-trio) / or 90 PLN

►15 EUR – GROUPS/FORMATIONS (each person in formation) / or 65 PLN

payment during registration on 4.10.2020

*if there are less than three participants in the category, the organizer reserves the right to combine two categories with an approximate age
